Salon Q.E. COVID-19 Safety Guidelines

What to expect during your appointment

 

Welcome back we have missed you very much.

 

For your safety and ours we have set up some safety guidelines. This will not be forever but we have set up these guidelines for your safety and ours. We are the same salon with the same amazing staff. We want you to always feel safe and look amazing when you are with us. Every stylist and employee have received training in Barbicide COVID-19 certification. Demonstrating our commitment to your safety and our knowledge on infection control. We understand proper sanitation and disinfection practices and procedures consistent with the highest industry standards. (Certifications posted). These are the guidelines that will keep us all safe during this time of COVID-19.

 

  • If you are early for your appointment please wait in your car and let us know that you have arrived.

  • At this time we can’t allow other guest to come with you to your appointment unless they have a standing appointment.

  • When entering the salon please make sure to wear a face mask. (Disposable masks are available if needed)

  • When entering the salon your stylist will ask you a list of questions.

  • When you first enter the salon please use the hand sanitizer that’s available.

  • Please check your temperature with the thermometer located at table in waiting room it does not need to touch your forehead. If you are running a fever that is 100.4 degrees or higher. We will have to reschedule your appointment.

  • Your stylist or front desk will hand you a robe (please keep all personal Items with you)

  • For right now no beverages will be served at this time feel free to bring your own.

  • Magazines will also be unavailable at this time but will be available again.

  • All stations and tools are sanitized after every service.

  • Please when applicable practice social distancing of six feet.

  • When receiving a shampoo try to take the time to relax.

  • At this time there will be a clear partition between shampoo bowls for your safety.

  • We want to be as safe as possible so we adopted in chair complete checkout experience. For service, product and rebooking.

 

Thank you for your continued support and loyalty it means the world to us. This is a huge step back to normalcy. We will get through this together one hair at a time.
