Jonathan Flint - Owner
Known around town as one of Seattle's most prominent hair professionals and having been voted “Best Hairdresser in Seattle” by Seattle Magazine, Jonathan has a reputation that precedes him.
Hailed as creative, edgy and precise, his work caters to those looking for cutting edge designs that complement the varying aspects of an active lifestyle. He listens with intent and patience, thus enabling him to create custom styles that exemplify and embody the individual.
Witty, kindhearted and genuine, Jonathan has developed tight-knit relationships with clients that have been with him as far back as the early 2000s. Always up for a challenge, he has had the opportunity to showcase his balayage skills at the L’Oreal Soho Academy in New York and other exposes. A believer in continuing education, he also attends the TIGI Academy in New York on an annual basis to learn the latest cutting and color techniques.
Nello Addabbo
Nello's experience spans more than three decades, including work with trendsetting talents in London, Milan, and Los Angeles. His passion for hair design and perfecting personal style began at the age of 12, when he chose to apprentice as a "barbiere."
Upon mastery of classic Italian barbering and completion of school, Nello headed for London to train and work with the then up-and-coming, now legendary, team of Toni and Guy Mascolo, founders of TONI&GUY.
After more than decade at the forefront of his field in Europe, career opportunities beckoned Nello and his partner in life and business, Sally, to the U.S. In Los Angeles, he continued his editorial and commercial work styling models, actors, and celebrities. Then in the 90s a series of advertising assignments brought Nello to Seattle, and he fell in love with the city because it reminded him so much of Italy.
Here, Nello found a place where he could return to his first love—working one-on-one with clients he could serve and stay connected with long-term.
Zdenka Sharp
Zdenka has an extensive career as a hair stylist, and her passion for her work has taken her all the way from the Czech Republic to Houston, New York, and finally, Seattle.
She has a wealth of experience, and is skilled in staying updated on the latest trends and putting her own spin on classic styles. She spent 10 years perfecting her craft at a salon in New York, before she moved to Seattle to work with some of the top stylists in the city.
Now she has brought her expertise to Salon Q.E., and takes great pride in helping her clients look and feel their best.
J.R. Mockmore
J.R. began his career at an early age graduating cosmetology school in 2003. With a healthy curiosity for learning, he started his career with an apprenticeship program to train in the classics that are still used heavily today.
His values in continuing education have guided his passion towards providing the best possible experience for every guest in his chair. Working in the Midwest at a young age he also became experienced with wig styling for theatrical productions. Mid-career, he relocated to his roots in the Gulf Coast and built a strong clientele in Mobile, Pensacola, and New Orleans.
Keeping in step with continuing education with internationally acclaimed educator Lisa Walker, he attended her Balayage Bootcamp and advanced color theory professional development conferences in Miami and Austin. When the adventure of the Pacific Northwest called, he answered and moved to Seattle. J.R. knows you’re beautiful and brings forth that natural charm that makes you shine.
Erica Garza
Erica Garza is a seasoned hairstylist and color educator with an illustrious career spanning over 25 years. With a flair for artistry and an eye for detail, she has become a master of her craft, specializing in all aspects of color, and cuts to match.
Her journey has been nothing short of remarkable, having spent over 15 years as a dedicated Color Educator for Keune color cosmetics, sharing her passion and expertise with the next generation of hairstylists.
While she excels in all aspects of hair, it's the art of dimensional color that truly sets her soul on fire. Each stroke of her brush is a testament to her creativity, leaving her clients with mesmerizing and personalized hair transformations. But for her, it's not just about the hair—it's about the relationships she forms with her clients, ensuring they leave her chair not just content but completely happy with their new look. With every satisfied smile she creates, Erica continues to leave an indelible mark on the world of hairstyling.
